- An order is only considered valid when payment has cleared in our bank account and Alternative Green Energy (Pty) Ltd has confirmed the order.

- Quotations and sales orders pricing is valid for 1 day.
Delivery
- We deliver across South Africa
- Please note that the automatic calculated shipping from our online shop is only for a radius of 50kms.
- A new shipping quote will be provided for areas further than 50kms
- Packages are dispatched when payment has cleared in our accounts and delivery is normally within 2 to 3 days . Delivery to outlying areas may take more than 3 days.
- Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment
- Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
- Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
- Own collection can be arranged but handling and packaging fees may be applicable
Warrantees and Guarantees
- Any goods supplied by Alternative Green Energy (Pty) Ltd shall be subject to the manufacturing company’s warranty.
- A Certificate of compliance (COC) issue on the installation of products is required to claim the warranty.
- Alternative Green Energy (Pty) Ltd shall assist claiming of the warranty with the manufacturer.
Warranty is null and void on :
- Failure to use the products in accordance with instructions and specifications provided by the Manufacturer;
- Should the product been subjected to any physical damage, abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect, tampering, improper maintenance, or has been serviced, repaired, installed by persons not possessing the necessary qualifications required to do so;
- The product is not returned with an invoice/verifiable method confirming proof of purchase.
- a valid COC accompanies the item in question, issued by a qualified PV installer or certified electrician.
Returns
All returns of unwanted or wrongly purchased goods carry a 25% handling fee.

Installations and installers
Alternative Green Energy (Pty) Ltd does not do installations, we specialise in the sale of solar equipment.
Any referral, agreement and arrangement with installers shall sorely be between the client and the installer.
Alternative Green Energy (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable in whatever form on engagement with installers referred either directly or indirectly.
